Hurricane Fabian
The wide-angle lens of the Sea-viewing Wide-Field-of-view Sensor (SeaWiFS) instrument on the Orbview-2 satellite captured this picture of Fabian Sept. 4, 2003, near Bermuda.
Meanwhile, scientists use space-based tools to help assess the hurricanes impact on Bermuda as well as the East Coast.

Category 3 hurricane Fabian, moving towards Bermuda at 17 mph. 28 km-hr.
