Landsat 9 Captures Ireland's East Coast

As captured by Landsat 9's Operational Land Imager 2 (OLI-2), this true-color image of Ireland's east coast presents a rich contrast between Dublin, Ireland's largest city, and the verdant landscape that surrounds the city-center. On Dublin's immediate right are the Wicklow Mountains, the largest continious highlands and the largest national park in the country. The rest of the image features a patchwork of green inland pastures, active farmland, and swirling algal blooms adrift in the coastal tide.
