2025 Climate Data 

Atmospheric carbon dioxide measurements from NOAA's Mauna Loa Observatory in coodination with Antarctic Ice Core measurements of carbon dioxide. 

Progression of changing global surface temperature anomalies (normal temperatures calculated over the 30 year baseline period 1951-1980). 

The visualization presents monthly global temperature anomalies. This visualization is updated roughly two weeks after the end of each month. 

Temperature anomalies (with the period 1951-1980 used to define the baseline) based on the GISS Surface Temperature Analysis (GISTEMP v4) estimate of global surface temperature change. 

Changes in distribution of land temperature anomalies over the years 1964 to 2024 from NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Studies (GISS) surface temperature analysis, known as GISTEMP.
